Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service total.

Arriving 15+ minutes late will require adjusting your service to fit the remaining time or may result in the appointment being declined altogether. In these cases, a minimum of 50% of the service total will be charged.
